Neighbourhood Plan - Regulation 14 Re-Consultation Policy H1
This re-consultation of policy H1 in the draft Meppershall Neighbourhood Plan is now open.
Formal public re-consultation on Policy H1 of the draft Meppershall Neighbourhood Plan (known as Regulation 14) in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 will start on Monday 16th May 2022 for a 6-week period ending at midnight on Wednesday 29th June 2022.
Re-consultation on policy H1 has arisen as the Meppershall Draft Neighbourhood Plan has been altered, as a result of the National First Homes Policy guidance.

About the Plan
Over the past five years, the Meppershall Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group with the assistance of the Parish Council has undertaken initial consultation and gathered background evidence. It has completed a draft Neighbourhood Plan that completed Regulation 14 consultation in September 2021, with statutory consultees, local businesses, people living or working in Meppershall and those in the neighbouring areas.
Re-consultation on policy H1 has arisen as the Meppershall Draft Neighbourhood Plan has been altered, as a result of the National First Homes Policy guidance.
