RAF Henlow -Residents and stakeholder update 24th January 2022 – Matt Spencer – Homes England
With Christmas behind us, we would like to take this opportunity to make further contact with residents and stakeholders in and around RAF Henlow to provide an update following the consultation with you last year.
During the last round of engagement, we shared the draft masterplan for the site which was built on the Vision and Development Principles which were defined in the initial stages of public consultation. The draft masterplan consultation on potential layout options allowed us to discuss locations and layouts of new homes, employment areas, opens spaces and community facilities.
Since our consultation with you, we have been continuing with the technical and survey work which will allow us to evolve further the Masterplan and explore in more detail how the site can be redeveloped. This process is ongoing and will in form coming rounds of consultation in 2022
We would like to thank you for the feedback and interaction that we have received to date, and we will be in touch with details of future consultation events which will advertised on the website.
