MEPPERSHALL

Neighbourhood Plan - Questionnaire 2025

Your village, your future, your chance to have a say

The Parish Council, in conjunction with the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, are working together to produce a ‘Neighbourhood Plan’ for Meppershall. Neighbourhood Plans are written by and based on the views of the local community – the people who know and love the village. The Meppershall Neighbourhood Plan will set out the vision, aims, and aspirations for our village and sits alongside the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2015-2035. The Neighbourhood Plan policies, along with those in the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, will be considered by the Planning Officers when determining planning applications. This is our opportunity to shape the place we live and visit over the coming years.

This questionnaire aims to find out in broad terms what our community’s priorities are. You can help feed into the priorities by filling in this questionnaire, so we can focus the Neighbourhood Plan on the things which matter most to you. Anyone who lives, works, goes to school, visits the village, or attends social groups in the Parish of Meppershall are eligible to respond. Please share details of this questionnaire to everyone you know who fits into these groups.

This questionnaire will close on 18th May 2025.

Thank you for your time – your input is very much appreciated!
